RMBC have informed us of two new planning applications.

RB2020/1996. Brancliffe Grange, Brancliffe Lane, Shireoaks (Listed Building Consent for removal of existing concrete roof tiles and replacing with new clay pan tiles). Deadline for comments - 8th January 2021.

RB2020/2004. 22A Ryton Road, North Anston (Erection of detached garage and extension of hard standing parking area). Deadline for comments - 31st December 2020.

In addition we are informed that application RB2020/0880, land to rear of 7 Woodsetts Road, North Anston (Erection of four dwelling houses) has been withdrawn.

Furthermore that conditional planning approval has been given to three applications.

RB2020/1574. Thornberry Animal Sanctuary, Todwick Road, Dinnington (Demolition of existing storage building, erection of a café and formation of new vehicle entrance & car park).

RB2020/1739. 34 Beech Grove, Dinnington (Erection of boundary fence).

RB2020/1747. 14 Windsor Walk, South Anston (Demolition of attached garage and erection of single storey side extension)
