RMBC have informed us of two new planning applications.

RB2020/1848. 67 Nursery Road, North Anston (Erection of single storey rear extension). Deadline for comments - 1st February 2021.

RB2021/0050. 68 Rackford Road, North Anston (Two storey side extension, single storey front and rear extensions and alterations). Deadline for comments - 1st February 2021.

In addition conditional planning approval has been granted for the following applications.

RB2020/1899. Anston Park Infant School, Park Avenue, North Anston (Change of use to educational building (use class F1)).

RB2020/1903. 63 Lockwood Avenue, South Anston (Single storey side extension).
